Chris Hemsworth Opts Out of LA; Puts Luxurious Malibu Property On The Market

Chris Hemsworth, who is best known for his roles in Thor, The Avengers, and Rush, has recently put his luxurious home nestled in the Malibu Hills, surrounded by natural privacy landscaping, on the real estate market.

The actor has since relocated back to Australia and will no longer need this piece of property. The Victorian-styled home offers great views, plenty of space, and luxurious furnishings.

The home was first constructed back in 1992 and has been kept in great shape. Actor Paul Hogan owned it before Hemsworth, and he gave it a number of renovations in 2012.

Located privately on one-acre of land behind a large hedge and garden, this home has virtually everything one could want.

In total the home offers 6,800-square-feet of living space, it has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a three-car garage, and even a one-bedroom guesthouse.

Wood floors and fireplaces are found throughout the entirety of the home in addition to some great views of the surrounding Pacific Ocean.

The master bedroom suite offers a large bed, a massive bathroom, a sitting area, two walk-in closets, and even a private lanai.

The home is currently listed for some $6.5 million dollars, and while that is obviously quite expensive, we imagine that it won’t be too long before it is inevitably sold given the area it is in.
