Election 2020: Russia, Russia, Russia. You Gotta Be Kidding.

Since the New York Post published its first sensational article on Joe and Hunter Biden's alleged corrupt business entanglements in several foreign countries, two things have remained constant. First, Joe Biden refuses to unequivocally deny the explosive charges outright.

Second, the Democrats, with the help of some media and tech giants, are doing everything possible in their power to buy time and scuttle the story until after the election. The contrast of the treatment toward Biden's financial escapades versus the investigation of Trump's collusion delusion with Russia is nothing short of appalling.

Here is what we know. The "laptop from hell" is Hunter Biden's. It contains personal and business-related emails. Many of the emails detail financial payments and equity structures involving Joe, Hunter, and now Jim Biden (Joe's brother).

The deals that we know of for now in Russia, Ukraine and China, stipulate consulting fees for access to and influence by "the big guy" (identified as former Vice President Biden). We already know the FBI has Biden's hard-drive. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hunter_Biden" target="_blank">Hunter's ex-partner Tony Bobulinski has presented three electronic devices with alleged additional evidence.

Also, he has provided first-hand verification of the authenticity and accuracy of Biden's emails, and had planned to turn over the information to the Senate Homeland Security Committee. However, the FBI has now intervened and will interview Mr. Bobulinski first as part of a suspected larger probe.

Finally, Joe Biden and other Democrats have since attempted to claim all of these materials were part of a Russian disinformation campaign. Last Monday, Director of National Intelligence, John Radcliffe, refuted these politicized claims. He stated the Biden's perceived illicit actions had nothing to do with Russians or disinformation.

These are serious accusations of criminal misconduct that Mr. Biden must fully address and respond to the American people. He had ample opportunities before and during the debate to categorically deny the allegations. This begs the question. Why not?

When pressed yet again on the matter by the President, Mr. Biden relied on a narrative spun earlier in the week by many of his fellow Democrats, claiming the whole affair was a Russian disinformation campaign. Naturally, the President quickly vocalized his deep irritation at Mr. Biden's response. For more than three years this President was the target of an illegitimate probe.

Much of the information used to create this false narrative was unconfirmed, manufactured (the Steele dossier) or based on news articles that were unchecked and "anonymously" sourced. The idea that this President or any president much less a campaign, colluded with Russia or any country to win an election is absurd and denigrating to our democratic values.

Was President Trump agitated at Mr. Biden at this point in the debate? Absolutely. And in his mind, he was justified to attack Mr. Biden - a consummate politician with 47-years of failed leadership for Americans, but who worked ardently for his personal and family enrichment.

The investigation of President Trump and Russian collusion was based on a predetermined narrative and conclusion by several individuals inside government agencies abusing their authority.  I know because during my two years under the Special Counsel there was not one single piece of evidence, suggested or shown to me, that validated their conclusion.

All because they thought they knew what was better for America than the American people. It is unsettling for any democracy, but particularly for America's, that many of these same flawed players who choose to act willfully and deliberately to remove a duly elected president would now try to protect, prop up and elect another one.

These bad actors who burrow inside government institutions use the power of their offices to protect and shield each other. They do it while invoking the righteousness of their twisted actions. In the end, these individuals are a poignant reminder that fighting for the truth, no matter how difficult or unpopular.

As time moves on the American people are learning more facts and seeing new evidence related to the Mueller investigation proving its illegitimacy, some of which was redacted or under seal and hidden from the American public.

We have witnessed Congressional testimony from John Brennan, James Comey, Peter Strozk, Andrew McCabe, Rod Rosenstein, and dozens of others. When presented with the truth about illegally obtained FISA warrants, fake dossiers, and unethical tactics, each of them denies responsibility.

When President Trump attacks Joe Biden over his and his family's alleged foreign entanglements, it's important to understand the president's underlying motivations. He has been attacked and sabotaged since he was elected.

At the end of the final debate, Mr. Biden looked into the camera, saying to voters: This election is about character." Without thinking, Biden uttered the words that will likely cost him this election, his political career and much more.
