Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Injured in Fall

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 85, broke three ribs in a fall at her office in the Supreme Court building in Washington, DC. She was transported to George Washington Hospital where she is resting with minor discomfort.

Ginsburg, who is also affectionally known as "MBG" has recently experienced a resurgence among females as her own story of gender discrimination and her subsequent forced career choices included working as independent choosing groundbreaking gender cases at the American Civil Liberties Union.

As a brilliant legal scholar, Ginsburg suffered what most would consider career damaging discrimination as she sought employment in many male dominated New York City corporate law firms. Even as she was recommend by colleagues from Columbia, who pointed out her extraordinary Intelligence, once her gender was explained it was determined she didn’t met the criteria.
