Continuing to innovate high end kitchen products are not limited to only ceramic knives, but also ceramic cookware, peelers, slicers, graters, scrapers, spice mills, coffee grinders, scissors, insulated travel mugs, ceramic pens and more.

So with this background, I must admit testing the cookware, as I have had professional culinary training I’m prepared, I believe.  I served as a culinary judge in the past so I knew somewhat what to expect. What I didn’t expect was the ease of use, the non-stick coating, which is PTFE-free, PFOA-free and Cadmium-free and the even heat distribution.

Food warms easily, eggs slip from the skillet, water pearls, when placed in the pan evenly bubble and sizzle. Needless to say I was impressed.

The cookware is without question geared for those who enjoy the experience of preparing the meal and enjoy the end product. The ceramic fry pan is has all the benchmarks of a sturdy and solid crafted, long lasting, beautiful high-performance nonstick fry pan.
