With Thanksgiving in the past, and the rest of the holiday season upon us, many belts have been loosened to make room for the extra holiday weight. While the holidays are a well-known time for increased sugar intake, many coffee companies are taking it to the next level.

The experts at HealthGrove decided to analyze the nutrition data from 12 of the largest coffee chains in the U.S. to find the 25 sugariest drinks of the holiday season. All data is for medium-sized drinks made with skim milk and whipped cream. Each of these drinks, even No. 25, has well over 100 percent the daily recommended value of sugar for both men (37.5 grams) and women (25 grams).

With 56 grams of sugar, Starbucks’ Salted Caramel Mocha has approximately 200 percent the daily recommended value — and it’s only No. 8 on the list. The top sugariest drink has almost 250 percent.

Though these sweet concoctions have earned their place in the holiday season, they might have larger health ramifications than you realize — especially if you tend to overdo it during this time. According to the USDA, coffee consumption has been steadily increasing since 2000.

And, as you can see, coffee drinks can be hidden vessels of sugar. Here’s a look at 25 of them that you might want to consume in moderation.
