What better way to ring in spring than with a cherry blossom-inspired cocktail? You may not be able to get all the way over to Japan see the beauty in person, but you sure can sip on something delicious!

Ingredients:

1¼ oz 1800 Silver Tequila

1 oz lime juice

1 oz grapefruit juice

¼ oz grenadine

Instructions:

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake well. Serve in a salted martini glass or over ice.

Ingredients:

2 sprigs of mint

2 oz Black Maple Hill Bourbon

½ oz simple syrup

Instructions:

In a highball glass or julep cup, muddle the mint and simple syrup. Then, fill the cup about three-quarters full of ice and add the bourbon.

Peach Bellini Punch

A peach bellini is another wonderful choice for a refreshing spring drink. Unabashedly cheery, this punch is perfect for a girls’ day in the sunshine or for the first barbeque of the season.

Ingredients:

2 ripe peaches, halved, peeled, and sliced

2 packets of sugar

2 tsp lemon juice

1 bottle of Prosecco

2 tbsp peach schnapps

Instructions:

In a blender, combine the peaches, sweetener, and lemon juice until smooth. Cover tightly, and refrigerate until cold. Afterward, combine the purée, Prosecco, and schnapps in a pitcher. Pour into glasses filled with ice.

Watermelon Gin Cooler

Ingredients:

1¼ oz dry gin

¾ oz watermelon purée

½ oz lime juice

½ oz rosemary simple syrup

½ oz honey simple syrup

Instructions:

Mix gin, lime juice, and the rosemary and honey simple syrup in a shaker. Pour over ice in your chosen glass, and top with the watermelon purée. The perfect sweet treat!

This sweet drink is definitely one you don’t want to miss this season. It’s an easy sipper that’s as easy to make as it is going down. Enjoy on a sunny day or on a rainy spring day—it’ll brighten you up in no time!

Ingredients:

2 oz white rum

½ tbsp honey

½ tbsp water

½ tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Stir honey and warm water together until the honey fully dissolves. Then, add rum and lemon juice and shake with cracked ice. Strain all of it into a chilled cocktail glass and enjoy!
