SONY Pictures Entertainment Pulls The Interview

Sony Pictures Entertainment has decided to scrap all plans for distribution of the James Franco Seth Rogan comedy slated for a Christmas Day release due to unsubstantiated terror threats allegedly made by a North Korean government loyalist.

SONY feeling the sting and vulnerability of a massive corporate cyber attack, in which ten years, at minimum, of sensitive, frank conversations, emails and Intellectual property were stolen, had been handling multiple breeches perpetrated through and by those with sympathies to North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un.

Un who is known to be volatile, irrational and freely assassinates those who show any hint of disloyalty obviously found no humor in the tongue and cheek CIA assassination plot portrayed in the film.

SONY worn down from severe communications leaks and public embarrassments decided after weeks of public disclosure and many of the major theater chains refused to carry the film to terminate all distribution across all platforms.

No comment from stars Seth Rogan and James Franca as SONY also cancelled all media related promotion.

SONY Pictures Entertainment from all reports held closed door discussions as no comments were released from the State Department or the President as to the credibility of the "September 11" style threat announced in retaliation for the films poor taste but obviously comical dialogue.

Negating those who have died as recently as one day ago in Peshawar, when the Taliban stormed a Military Army School killing 147 children, those beheaded  at the hands of ISIS/ISIL, and the more than 3000 who died on September 11, 2001, SONY has effectually allowed themselves to be held hostage and negotiated with global enemies.

It is highly unlikely as Kim Jong Un is as near the top of President Obama's anti democracy list as Syria's Basher Al- Assad, that the president would have advised those in the State Department or Department of Defense to advise SONY to give in to terror demands on any level as he would welcome the opportunity to step into a provoked situation with the military strength to silence the dictorial leader.
