The Peace Collective Releases “All Together Now” Commemorating Century Mark of Christmas Truce

The Peace Collective, a group of well known British musicians, commemorating the century mark of the World War I Christmas Truce when not a shot was fired, have re-recorded The Farm's "All Together Now" for December 14, 2014 release.

 

The Peace Collective, featuring The Farm, Suggs, Mick Jones, Julian Lennon, Jah Wobble, I Am Kloot, Shara Nelson, Alexandra Burke, John Power, Jon McClure of Reverent and the Makers, Dave McCabe of The Zutons, Leo Sayer and plenty more hugely successful musicians are releasing "All Together Now" on December 14, 2014.

London's Blue Soap Music PR and Radio Plugging is onboard as media coordinators for the project and are encouraging everyone to spread the word, to readers and listeners to support the release by texting GET PEACE to 84222.

The Christmas Truce began in the trenches of the First World War, in which English and German met on No Man's Land and played football.  This poignant moment in history is being commemorated byThe Peace Collective, a group of musicians who have re-recorded The Farm's 'All Together Now'.  

The proceeds of the record are going to the Red Cross to aid their work in war zones around the world.  Money raised will also be used by The Shorncliffe Trust who provides educational experiences centered on the Great War.
