HL Miami Pictures: Celebrities Join SunTrust International Center To Celebrate Multi-Million Dollar Relaunch

Crocker Partners celebrated the re-launch of the SunTrust International Center on Thursday, October 15, where more than 150 commercial real estate brokers, local tastemakers and celebrities were introduced to the properties new world class facilities with a lavish invite-only cocktail party.

The property recently underwent an extensive$15 million renovation.

The evening kicked-off with a Veuve Clicquot champagne reception and a performance by the National Young Arts Foundation jazz trio, as guests were transported to an extravagant affair on the 10th-level Bayview Sky Terrace.

With unbeatable panoramic views of Miami’s high-rises and bay, guests sipped on libations by Maestro Dobel Tequila, helped themselves to bites by celebrity superchef Michelle Bernstein, enjoyed Latin sounds by DJ Le Spam & Spam Allstars, and experienced a live Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and boxing match with world-champion fighters on a custom-made boxing ring.

The evening’s festivities also include a Dylan’s Candy Bar virtual candyland room, a HUBLOT fine watch gallery, and a never-before-seen art installation by Italian artist Marcello Jori.

Bianco, partner of Crocker Partners; John Osborne, vice president of Crocker Partners; Sam DeBianchi, star of “Million Dollar Listing Miami”; Janice Combs, influencer and mom of mogul Sean Combs; Bob Orban of Savills Studley; Rod Loschavioand Gavin Macphail of JLL; Grant Killingsworth of CBRE; Michelle Bernstein; Fabian Basabe;Rene Ruiz; Sergio Alvarez; Nicole Berger.

A force in Miami’s skyline since 1973, SunTrust International Center’s renovation includes a fully redesigned lobby with acrylic-oil paintings by artist Marcello Jori (“Giacimento di Passioni”) and modernized elevator cabs and common area corridors. 

The renovations also include 20,000 square feet of Class A office suites, a 4,000 square foot Bayview Sky Terrace, a full-service gym with yoga, pilates and group health classes, and a world-class conference facility.

The building also features elegant travertine finishes throughout the interior and exterior of the building, with portions of the tower adorned in the natural Italian stone known as Lasa Venato Vena de’ Oro. 

The building contains 420,857 rentable square feet of office space, each floor averaging 16,400 square feet, with customizable tenant layouts and 1,415 parking spaces. The 31-story office tower offers spectacular views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline, and it is set among the heart of downtown.
