Paris Fashion Week: Maria Aristidou Spring Summer 2018 Collection – Luxurious, Exotic, Mystical

Close your eyes and fly to the Secret Gardens of Alexander. A utopia, a fantasy land that euphoria is the only feeling of existence. A land with unending gardens of delicate Japanese flowers, of beauty that begs for surrender.

Of lands where the human eye is unable to fully comprehend the brilliance. A land with human smiles that never will be forgotten and always watching over us.

One of them, close to my heart is Alexander Boulais. My agent in Paris. The person that with his instinct believed in my work.

Review

Maria Aristidou's Spring/Summer 2018 Collection is a palette of romantic, mystical, and exotic resort and evening wear where fantasies of distant lands, in mind or memory, weave their way into the designs.

The line radiates of an island paradise on faraway shores, of walking through ancient ruins, of local cultures. Wardrobe essentials oversize caftans, baby doll rompers, for day and lounging.

The vital little black dress, full length, maxi, knits slip dress, slacks with cropped matching tops and beautiful free flowing loose summer dresses for eveing, dinner and late night strolls along the promenade.

Stunning designs, beautiful, luxurious, exotic.
