Bites with Chia, a healthy alternative to the snack pack, fell into my radar by way of a gift package from Chosen Foods introducing their newest treat, Avocado Oil Mayonnaise, and so deciding to give them the taste test proceeded.
Chia Bites are just that. Bite sized squares loaded with healthy nutrients, like organic Chia Seeds, pecan nuts, organic sesame seeds, almonds, Non GMO corn malto-dextrin cane sugar, agave inulin, natural mango flavor and for the vanilla organic peanuts, maltodextrin and natural vanilla flavors.
They are delicious. With a calorie count of most snack pack bags at 155 and total carbohydrates at 12g, they have just enough to hold over the appetite. They come in two delicious flavors Mango and Vanilla. They are available in finer whole foods or organic store and can be ordered online.
