Not only does the Capresso Coffee TEAM Pro Plus come with its own grinder ready to brew a robust cup of java from beans, but it also allows the freedom to brew ground coffee as well as simply preparing hot water for an instant caffeinated blast.

Out of the box, the machine is surprisingly easy to manipulate. A single push button release opens the filter holder. The Gold-Tone filter rests inside a secondary filter with a drip stop that is placed in the swing arm filter holder.

The GoldTone brand filter allows the natural coffee bean oils to seep through to provide a fuller, more robust coffee flavor enhancement and a more balanced brew. With the high end GoldTone basket, a paper filter is not needed as the gold mesh protects from any grounds seeping through into the beverage.

Located on the top of the machine, the bean grinder is in two components, a removable unit, and the fixed lower burr unit. Above the burr, a covered curved platform holds the whole, unground, beans. A knob located in front of the grinder allows for the choice of fine, medium or course grind.

A detachable, clear, plastic, slim line water container fits on the rear of the unit. Water can be filled by either using the coffee pot and pouring water directly into the unit while it is connected to the machine or by removing the unit, filling, and replacing it. It is marked with corresponding cup increments. The easy to read digital setting panel has five options to assist with brewing perfection.
