For Sale, from Gravitas Ventures, presents a comedic horror film as an unemployed career salesman is hired to sell the impossible dream house, without disclosing the house is haunted, and develops a conscious along the way.

The film begins with a sleek used car salesman, Mason McGinness, played by Andrew Roth, running his game on a potential buyer, while doctoring documents to present a clean automotive history, and when he is challenged on pricing, he lays it on thick and the unsuspecting buyer has just bought a lemon.

Just when he thinks he has swindled another sucker, his boss calls him into the office and explains the last lemon he sold to the city for transporting disabled was challenged, and he just can't afford to have lose his business over a shady salesman's tactics.

So, Mason is out of work. He returns home, to his girlfriend, drunk, and she throws him out. At rock bottom, he is living in his car, out of work, and no options.

By chance, fate, kismet, or happenstance he stumbles on his brighter tomorrow when he finds a small realty company that needs someone to sell a piece of property that is considered "unsellable." The catch? It is the infamous Scarlett Clay house -- a haunted house where anyone who inhabits it ends up dead.

Not detoured, he begins to prepare the house for listing, he busies himself with cleaning, taking pictures, prepping, and perfecting his sales pitch. One his first night he begins to hear odd noises, then when he looks through the pictures he sees a shadow, when he walks into the kitchen, the cupboard door is open with a set of butcher knives showing.

As potential buyers begin to arrive, the uninvited residents make their presence known, and for Mason, the need to drive the spirits of the dead from the home, hires a quirky psychic, Claire, played by Corinne Britti. To help her along the way Mason fills the house with crucifixes and keeps a clove of garlic in his pocket.

Soon the seance is underway, and the spirits arrive in droves and the curse on the house is revealed. This sets up the final act.

The Fall Guy Review – Entertaining, Action-Packed, Rom-Com

For Sale brings together eccentric elements, a swindler salesman, who meets his match, a psychic and a house of spirits all make for an interesting, somewhat comical, engaging film. The pacing is quick with moments of heightened suspense and surprise. The film doesn't appear low budget except during one scene, that finds our protagonist lying in the middle of a bed of skeletons. The props could have been more authentic. Other than that single scene the film moves quickly with unexpected twists and turns. The film delves into the occult with a light comedic touch, without exaggerating, and balances the supernatural with Christian props.

For Sale, an entertaining comedic horror film, has captured the attention of film audiences, who have honored the low-budget effort with big awards. Entertaining and fun for horror fans, For Sale, can be screened on digital platforms.
