London: Kensington Whole Foods Review – A Delicious Intersection of Organic, Natural, Healthy and Fresh

I was feeling slightly uneasy when I moved back to London from California, where a healthy diet and looking beautiful are absolute musts. My life was taking another turn and I was leaving a love that had captured me from wheels down.

Plenty of sunshine, Pacific Ocean breeze, mostly outdoor activities and yoga had been my daily schedule. Would I be able to maintain the same life style I had and loved in California?

I have been very determined this year to change all aspects of my life. I made a list of resolutions at the beginning of the year and a promise to keep them.

One of the most important ones was “Eating right verses eating less. Taking care of my body and mind; both physically and emotionally. More yoga and less worry.” This why Whole Foods Market has been dear to my heart.

Yes, absolutely!! Because I found out as soon as I got back Whole Foods was opening its first stores in London. In fact, the Kensington store claims to be the largest in the world: The intersection of all things organic and natural and healthy and fresh.

Now it would be really great if there was a Mother’s Market and Trader Joe’s in London. Then, there would be no reason to go to California, except for the sunshine and the beautiful weather, and the sandy beaches, and the outdoor activities, and the lifestyle, and…. oh well… you can’t have it all…
