Margot Robbie Stars In Upcoming Noir Thriller "Terminal;” CAA Selling US Rights; Highland Film Group Handling International

Margot Robbie stars in Vaughan Stein’s classic film noir “Terminal” which has screened select footage to buyers at TIFF 2016. A first look image has been released teasing buyers into thinking of another femme fatale thriller, Basic Instinct, starring Sharon Stone.

Terminal centers on a borderline suicide mission for a pair of hitmen working for a mysterious employer and a high paycheck. Robbie will play a dynamic woman named Annie, who may be more involved than the hitmen originally suspected.

Highland Film Group is handling international sales and screening select footage to buyers in TIFF.

CAA is selling the US rights to the film which also stars Simon Pegg, Max Irons, Mike Myers and Dexter Fletcher.  David Barron of Beagle Pug, Molly Hassell and HFG’s Arianne Fraser produced the film alongside Tom Ackerley, Josey McNamara, Sophia Kerr and Margot Robbie under their Lucky Chap Entertainment banner.

Basic Instinct, a erotic thriller starring newcomer Sharon Stone debut at the 1992 Toronto International Film Festival.
