BAFTA Awards Announce Long List of Films, Talent for Consideration

British Academy of Film and Television Arts, usually considered a precursor to the Oscar nominations, announced the long list of films and talent that have gone through to Round Two of voting for the 2023 EE BAFTA Film Awards.

 

Round Two voting, to determine the nominations, is now open to BAFTA's voting members and will close on Friday 13 January 2023. The nominations for the EE BAFTA Film Awards 2023 will be announced on Thursday 19 January and the ceremony will take place on Sunday 19 February.


 

95th Oscars® Shortlists In 10 Award Categories Announced


Round Two voting kicks off today; and will determine the Nominations, to be unveiled via a global livestream on 19 January at 12pm (GMT). Round Three of voting will determine the winners, to be announced on 19 February at the EE BAFTA Film Awards.

The following films will advance to the nominating stage of voting. This is the initial longlisting round.

The films are listed alphabetically by title, with the exception of the performance categories, listed alphabetically by the surname of the performer, followed by the film title.

Round Two voting, to determine the nominations, is now open to BAFTA's voting members and will close on Friday 13 January 2023. The nominations for the EE BAFTA Film Awards 2023 will be announced on Thursday 19 January and the ceremony will take place on Sunday 19 February.
