"I mean, I love traditions, but for a 55-year-old woman, it's a little different." She also explained her style of dress changed after her Blue Origins flight, "It went from 'I want a simple, sexy modern dress' to 'I want something that evokes a moment,' and where I am right now. I am a different person than I was five years ago."

And as photographs from the ceremony made their way around the world, we see the Dolce & Gabbana, dress exquisitely designed with authenticate Italian, was surprisingly conservative and very much the antithesis of her usual red carpet and events looks.  For the groom, it was a classic black tuxedo, also designed by Dolce & Gabbana.

Even the small disturbances from local protestors couldn't detract from the tenderness of the moment.

Academy Defies Tradition

The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences sidestepped their long standing tradition of inviting Academy Award nominees to membership with the exclusion of Karla Sofia Gascon.

As per the Academy rules, "Academy Award nominees are automatically considered for membership in the year in which they are nominated and do not require sponsors."

Ms. Gascon, became the first Trans actor to be nominated for an Academy Award for her performance in "Emilia Perez." After her nomination, her campaign imploded over social media posts that were considered prejudiced and discriminatory. Bond Team Names Director

Denis Villeneuve has been named as the director of the yet unscripted next installment of the James Bond franchise.

The Bond Franchise, which is now owned by Amazon/MGM, has been undergoing a transition since the purchase from Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, who had shepherd the Bond Franchise throughout the decades, and were the keepers of all things Bond. The pair eventually arrived at a acceptable deal with the Bezos owned studio.

Which set the team on the search for producers, once they added uber producer Amy Pascal and Harry Potter producer David Heyman, the next step was finding a director. The newest James Bond installment will be a ground up effort.

"Pascal and Heyman added, "Denis Villeneuve has been in love with James Bond movies since he was a little boy. It was always his dream to make this movie, and now it's ours, too. We are lucky to be in the hands of this extraordinary filmmaker."

The newest installment of the franchise is expected to be in 2027.

"The defendant used power, violence and fear to get what he wanted," Slavik said, later concluding, "That stops now. It's time to hold him accountable. It's time for justice,"' reported The New York Daily News.

For the defense, Comb's lawyer Marc Agnifilo explained to the jury that while Comb's actions may have been revolting, they are not criminal.
