The Lifetime Achievement Honor is an extraordinary capstone, and I am grateful to NATAS, my colleagues, and the viewers who have welcomed me into their homes for so many years."

She also served as co-host of NBC's "Today," anchor of "NBC News at Sunrise," host of "Deborah Norville Tonight" on MSNBC, and host of the nationally syndicated "Deborah Norville Show" on the ABC Talk Radio Network. Her journalism career began at WAGA-TV in Atlanta while still a student at the University of Georgia.
