A major way to improve sleep is by keeping the bedroom cool. There are many ways this can be done, the easiest of which is to add a quality fan. A fan can block any outside noise that might disrupt sleep as well. Another option is to keep the room as dark as possible. This prevents sunlight from heating up the space, which is especially helpful during the summertime.

Candles and scent plug-ins are also easy upgrades to make a room smell wonderful and put the mind at ease before bed.
