Hannah Anderson Sheds Little Light on Mental State of James DiMaggio

Hannah Anderson, the teen abducted by James L. DiMaggio, has shed little light on his mental condition witnessed throughout the six day ordeal that began when the family friend tricked her mother into coming to his aid.

Anderson, 16, has stated she and her mother was the victim of fraud and tricked by DiMaggio 40, into coming out to his home in Boulevard, a suburb of San Diego, to help him as he was allegedly facing financial difficulties.

Upon her arrival, Christina Anderson, 44, was taken hostage along with her son, Ethan, 8, who were bound and gagged and left in the home. The two were later found, in the charred remains of the suspect’s home after an time delayed incendiary device was used to set fire to the home after DiMaggio had left.

Anderson, has explained little of her six day ordeal, although she has stated “he got what he deserved” referring to his death at the hands of federal authorities who shot DiMaggio in the backwoods of Idaho.

The original Amber Alert stretched from Canada to the Mexican border. The Amber Alert for Ethan wasn’t cancelled even after the body of a male child was found in the home as it was so badly burned that identity could not be established without DNA testing.

The two decade friendship between the two families have left investigators baffled in the wake of the carnage as the original theory of “unusual infatuation”  is now being questioned.

Anderson has not remained silence and stated through postings, reported by The Associated Press and the San Diego Union-Tribune, on the teen site ask.fm, “it was more of a family crush as if he didn’t want anything bad to happen to me.”

Anderson refused to answer direct postings regarding the possibility of sexual assault. She didn’t elaborate on DiMaggio’s mental state or condition throughout the ordeal, adding she was threatened with a gun, was afraid, and concerned others they had encountered would be injured or killed if she made any attempts to escape.

Relatives of DiMaggio are requesting a DNA sample from the teen in attempts to prove paternity as they believe DiMaggio may have had a sexual relationship with Christian Anderson.

DiMaggio’s insurance policy listed Hannah and Ethan’s grandmother Bernice Anderson as the beneficiary.

Haute-Lifestyle.com has not been able to independently confirm the postings on ask.fm were added by Anderson.
