Breaking: Judge Orders All Cash Bonds on New Mexico Child Killers

In the first court appearance since their arrest on the murder of 10-year-old Victoria Martens, a New Mexico Judge has ordered bond set on all three at 1M all cash for Michelle Marten, Fabian Gonzales and Jessica Kelly.

With graphic and unbelievable details emerging the three were presented as flight risks and dangerous to the community at large.

The three are represented by public defenders. In new details, Fabian Gonzales and the child’s mother, Michelle, were only dating for about one month. The two had allegedly met on a dating site.

Gonzales who has a felony criminal record in New Mexico including child abandonment and minor crimes, resisting arrest, DWI, and littering.

Jessica Kelly, a violently vicious sociopath, is void of any concern for the human condition. During her last incarceration which includes battery, assaulting a police officer, domestic violence and drug charges, she along with other viciously attacked another inmate.  

She was sentenced to two additional years. Based on her criminal history, she was released on August 15, 2017 for her participation in the rape of a female inmate.

No criminal record has been found for the child’s mother, Michelle Martens.

In mug shots both Martens and Gonzales are pictured with cuts and bruises on their faces. Gonzales has indicated his cousin, Jessica Kelly, through an iron at the two of them.

Albuquerque Police and Homicide Detectives have remained at the apartment throughout the day and have continued to thoroughly process the scene.
