NY Music: Blue Note Jazz Club to Host Esperanza Spalding for Special Twelve-Night Residency

Five-time Grammy-winning bassist and singer Esperanza Spalding returns to the Blue Note Jazz Club for a special twelve-night residency February 18-23 and February 25-March 2, 2025, performing two sets each night at 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

Tickets are on sale now HERE. The prolific artist and performer will showcase her extensive genre-bending catalogue and distinctive skillset in a uniquely intimate club setting. Spalding's remarkable career includes eight studio albums and two live albums, collaborations with Wayne Shorter, Q-Tip and Janelle Monáe, and five Grammy Awards across two decades of work.

The Blue Note continues to grow its expansive slate of programming, most recently with three sold-out nights of performances by legendary artist André 3000 which received extensive praise from the likes of The New York Times and NPR Music. The much-anticipated 13th annual Blue Note Jazz Festival kicks off June 1 and runs through early July, with performances at major venues across NYC including Sony Hall, SummerStage in Central Park, Town Hall and Brooklyn Bowl. This year's lineup features a genre-transcending array of artists including Andra Day, Corinne Bailey Rae, Wynton Marsalis performing a residency at the Blue Note in conjunction with Jazz At Lincoln Center, and many more.
