Biden Continues Executive Order Acceleration

President Biden, by Executive Order, has moved expeditiously this week to reverse the attacks made on the Affordable Care Act and Medicaid strengthen the healthcare opportunities for all Americans.

With the coronavirus pandemic continuing to surge throughout American, and the variant arriving, the need has never been greater for all Americans to have access to healthcare.

The Healthcare Executive order will open HealthCare.gov for a "Special Enrollment Period," from February 15, 2021 – May 15, 2021.

Biden COVID-19 Relief Bill

President Biden unveiled his 1.9trillion stimulus package America's Rescue plan before his inauguration, and now as his first major piece of legislation, the trifecta power of this administration is flexing its muscle and essentially telling Senate Republicans this train is leaving the station with or without full support.

After the agonizing wait and guessing games citizens experienced as the Republican majority senate and White House negotiator held many Americans hostage playing a budgetary game of thrones, without thought or concern for the burdens the coronavirus disruptions were inflicting, the Biden Administration's rescue plan will not be upended by grandstanding republicans.

House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi, "told a news conference that the House would vote on a budget resolution required for a parliamentary procedure called reconciliation, which would allow Democrats to pass much of Biden's proposal by a simple majority in the Senate, even without Republican support. Vice President Kamala Harris wields the 50-50 Senate's tie-breaking vote," reported Reuters.com.

Executive Orders Geared Toward Immediate Relief

"Executive Order on Economic Relief Related to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Calls for assistance to those who are struggling to buy food, missed out on stimulus checks or are unemployed. Pausing Federal Student Loan Payments. Extends the existing pause on student loan payments and interest for Americans with federal student loans until at least September 30. Extend Eviction and Foreclosure Moratoriums. Extends the existing nationwide moratorium on evictions and foreclosures until at least March 31," reported CNN.

Annual State of the Union

President Biden will deliver the annual State of the Union in February 2021. With the COVID-19 control and mandates at the top of the Biden-Harris Administration the exact way the annual speech will be given has yet to be determined.

As the House and Senate have held joint sessions, most notably January 6, 2021, it is likely the State of the Union will be held with an audience that includes the Congress, Joint Chiefs and the Supreme Court Justices as well as honored and invited guests.

Coronavirus Vaccine Developments

President Biden has maintained his ambitious plan of vaccinating 328.2million Americans of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, each requiring two doses by the end of the summer 2021,

"When the President announced his plan, earlier this week, to ensure we have enough vaccination — vaccines to give every American two shots by the end of the summer with the purchase of Moderna and Pfizer vaccines, he was doing that without the need for additional vaccines approved.  Obviously, if additional vaccines — Johnson & Johnson or any others — go through the FDA approval process, that's a positive step," White House Press Secretary Jan Psaki said during a Press Briefing.

Pharmaceutical companies entering the COVID vaccination development race include Johnson & Johnson, also known for Baby Powder Ovarian cancer scandal. Merck, the pharmaceutical giant known for its failed drug Vioxx, has withdrawn from the COVID Vaccination development race after seeing less than acceptable results in clinical trials.

COVID New Mandates

In alliance with President Biden's Executive Order enforcing the use of personal protective gear, or a face mask, covering the nose and mouth, which was signed into law on his first full day in office, The Centers for Diseases Control has issued a sweeping mandate which requires masks to be worn on all Public Transportation.

"Requiring masks on our transportation systems will protect Americans and provide confidence that we can once again travel safely even during this pandemic," according to the order from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. "Therefore, requiring masks will help us control this pandemic and aid in re-opening America's economy," reported The Washington Post.

A key element of the mandate is the preservation of life. The law goes into effect at 11:59pm Monday and will remain in effect until rescinded. The CDC mandate can be seen here.

Variant Arrives

The challenges of the coronavirus continue to dominate and the newest variant strains which has only had limited news exposure, is on the horizon. With the daily overload of coronavirus news, the likelihood of many simply shutting off the news and placing themselves in an information free zone may be helpful.

However, understanding the arriving variants are imperative to the preservation of life.

"The projection is that at the very end of March, early April," said Dr. Anthony Fauci, "the more contagious UK variant of Covid-19 will become more dominant than the wild type. The fact is that when you have a virus that has ability to transmit more efficiently than the wild type in the community, sooner or later by pure viral dynamics itself it will become more dominant than the wild type," the nation's top infectious disease expert said in a briefing with other health officials on Friday, reported Deadline.com.

To date, two different variants are present in the United States.

"A Maryland resident had been infected with the variant, known as known as B. 1351, the presence of which was confirmed by Maryland health officials and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention," reported The Washington Post.

Variant B.117, which has been detected on the West Coast is 50% more transmissible than the original coronavirus. An additional variant common only to California referred to as Cal.20C has also been detected.

The South African variant, which does not increase the symptoms, nor does it increase the likelihood of death, has also been reported in South Carolina in two separate cases from individuals who have not had any contact and neither traveled.

The Coronavirus variant, which has overtaken the four nations which comprise the United Kingdom, has forced a second full shutdown, comparable to the spring 2020 shutdown. This variant, like the original coronavirus, is expected to reach America by end of March or early April.

"We will continue to see the evolution of mutants. So that means we, as a government, the companies, all of us that are in this together, will have to be nimble to be able to just adjust readily to make versions of the vaccine that actually are specifically directed towards whatever mutation is actually traveling at any given time," said Fauci"' Deadline.com reported.

Mask up, it's the law. Twice for Life.

Coronavirus Totals

The infection rates of the coronavirus have alarmingly increased around the world. The weekly account confirms that a second wave is building with European nations enforcing shutdowns for, at minimum, one month.

A new strain, a mutation, has created global concern leaders around the world are determining the best direction for the protection of the population. The importance of maintaining personal protective practices is imperative to controlling the spread.

For the week ending January 31, 2021, coronavirus cases globally increased by 7,743,800 confirmed cases, bringing the total of confirmed cases worldwide to 102,492,800 people with a total worldwide death toll of 2,215,800 deaths, an increase of 109,300 over the past week.

Infections rates in the United States are also on the rise. For the week ending January 31, 2021, the total confirmed cases rose to 26,098,400 people with new confirmed cases increasing by 2,221,000 this week alone with an average of 317,285 cases daily. The coronavirus has claimed 439,200 total deaths, a weekly increase of 42,700 deaths. (Data from The New York Times).

Netflix's Athlete A Exposes The Culture of Obedience

Athlete A, a Netflix documentary, exposes the shocking, prevalent, heinous sexual assault and abuse scandal at the core of our national pride and honor, the USA Gymnastics organization, which trains female athletes to represent America in the Olympics.

The revolting, and all too common, revelations which have taken over headlines in a rolling wave of disgust as each new institution fights against the disclosures as they circle the wagons in a complicit circle of secrecy.

The Catholic Church, The Mormon Church, The Boy Scouts, USA Gymnastics Organization, Pennsylvania State Football Coach and convicted pedophile Jerry Sandusky, Hollywood director and producer Bryan Singer, and those who prey on adults the Military, the Bill Cosby Scandal, Harvey Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein and his elite group of global trafficker's, each with a clear personal team, professional alliances, and even media, who participated in the culture of obedience and complicit circle of secrecy.

Justice Watch: Jealousy, Greed, and The Seven Deadly Sins – The Victim X Story Pt.3

This continuing expose of organizations and institutions that hide and harbor those who are known to engage, participate, plan, and commit sexual assault rips the fabric of our society.

Police, detectives, investigators, and prosecutors have failed the judicial system by continuing to view these privileged and positioned abusers through a rose-colored lens advancing the benefit of the doubt to the accused. Victims are never extended the same courtesy.

The first whistleblower in the USA Gymnastics scandal faced retaliation and lost her Olympic Team spot because she had the courage to face the goliath and report the crimes.

The culture of obedience is more than common in large corporate environments it is necessary for career advancement. The complicit circle of secrecy, integral to life in a competitive career choice, remains intact especially in corporate law firms.

The fact was made crystal clear when this author faced the dark truth of injustice and experienced immediate censure, a slow asphyxiation of life, cut off and erased, leaving very few choices.

Moreover, society is not living in the dark ages of a man's home is his castle and therefore those in it, the property of the master, to do what he pleases no matter how illegal. These abusers are permitted to continue with the blessing of the establishment.

Adult victims face career assassination, retaliation, and a system which still maintains a belief that the victim really wanted "it." According to RAINN, "Every 73 seconds another American is sexually assaulted and only 5 out of every 1,000 rapists will end up in prison."
