Trump Payback Continues

President Donald Trump continued his confrontational payback to the Special Counsel Investigation lead by former FBI director Robert S. Mueller, which investigated Russian involvement into the 2016 general election, this time by executive order.

Trump who acted against advice from his inner circle said during remarks before Marine One Departure, "Roger Stone was treated horribly. Roger Stone was treated very unfairly. Roger Stone was brought into this witch hunt, this whole political witch hunt and the Mueller scam — it's a scam, because it's been proven false. And he was treated very unfairly, just like General Flynn was treated unfairly; just like Papadopoulos was treated unfairly. They've all been treated unfairly."

Roger Stone, who was also investigated by the Special Investigation which lead to federal indictments on witness tampering, obstructing with an official proceeding, and five counts of making false statements. He was convicted on seven counts and sentenced to forty months in prison.

Republicans and democrat members of the House and Senate took to twitter to voice their outrage over the blatant abuse of power.

Former Republican President candidate and current Utah Senator Mitt Romney said, via Twitter, "Unprecedented, historic corruption: an American president commutes the sentence of a person convicted by a jury of lying tot shield that very president." @MittRomney

Democratic Representative Adam Schiff, Chairman of the House committee on Intelligence, said via Twitter, "Commuting Roger Stone's sentence is a terrible blow to justice and the rule of law. Through this act, Trump is saying, "if you lie for me, if you cover up for me, if you obstruct for me, I will protect you." Another tragic day for American democracy. "@RepAdamSchiff

"GOP Sen. Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania said on Saturday that although Trump has the legal constitutional authority to grant clemency for federal crimes, commuting Stone's sentence was a mistake. "While I understand the frustration with the badly flawed Russia-collusion investigation, in my view, commuting Roger Stone's sentence is a mistake," Toomey said in a statement. "Any objections to Mr. Stone's conviction and trial should be resolved through the appeals process," CNBC reported.

Trump Springs His Pal Roger Stone

Stone, who cited health concerns, had been denied an emergency appeal by a three judge District of Columbia Appellate Court. Within an hour of the decision, President Trump issued the following statement, springing by Executive Order, his friend, ally and political operative.

Presidente Mexicano Andrés Manuel López Obrador Hablo con Noticias Telemundo's Javier Vega

"Roger Stone is a victim of the Russia Hoax that the Left and its allies in the media perpetuated for years in an attempt to undermine the Trump Presidency.  There was never any collusion between the Trump Campaign, or the Trump Administration, with Russia.  Such collusion was never anything other than a fantasy of partisans unable to accept the result of the 2016 election.  The collusion delusion spawned endless and farcical investigations, conducted at great taxpayer expense, looking for evidence that did not exist."

Former Trump Lawyer Violates Early Release

Michael Cohen, Donald Trump's former "Fixer" and personal attorney, was taken into custody this week after U.S. Marshalls approached him at the courthouse in lower Manhattan with his attorney Jeffrey Live.

Cohen sentenced in 2018 to three years in federal prison was released in May 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. The conditions of his early release included specific rules which have been reported as roadblocks to the release of his tell all which is scheduled for release before the 2020 General Election.

"Mr. Cohen, who was released from prison in May on a medical furlough, was stunned when probation officers asked him to sign a document that would have barred him from speaking to reporters or publishing a book during the rest of his sentence, his legal adviser said. Mr. Cohen, believing the agreement violated his First Amendment rights, refused to sign it, the adviser, Lanny Davis, said. Less than two hours later, federal marshals stepped out of an elevator with handcuffs and took Mr. Cohen back into custody," The New York Times reported.

President Dons Mask

President Trump done a facemask for his first outing since the onset of the coronavirus, his presidential apparel was a surprise to all, as he has never worn a mask, even as his coronavirus experts have impressed upon the American people the need and necessity to wear a mask to slow the spread of the virus.

The president defended his choice of a mask by remarking to the White House Press pool before leaving on Marine One, "Well, I'll probably have a mask, if you must know. I mean, I'll probably have a mask. I think when you're in a hospital, especially in that particular setting, where you're talking to a lot of soldiers and people that, in some cases, just got off the operating tables, I think it's a great thing to wear a mask. I've never been against masks, but I do believe they have a time and a place,"

"For the first time since the coronavirus pandemic began, President Trump wore a face mask in public during a visit to Walter Reed Medical Center on Saturday. The stunningly late milestone came 99 days after the CDC recommended, on April 3, that Americans don face coverings at all times in public to stop the spread of COVID-19, which has already devastated the U.S. economy, infected more than 3.2 million people, and killed more than 134,000 across the country," New York Magazine reported.

Virus Strengthens/Dictates Terms

Americans are once again feeling the sting of the coronavirus, as new hotspots around the nation are forcing governors to rethink the strategies that were in place for the upcoming school year.

The coronavirus is dictating the terms as individuals who for whatever reason denied or refused to take precautions are spreading the disease in record numbers.

Florida is becoming the new eastern seaboard epicenter with a record 15,000+ new cases in a single day. This is not good news for a state who's elderly population, makes up approximately 19.1% of the Sunshine state's population.

Recent totals release by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis show that 83% of the new coronavirus cases are residents 65 and older.

Coronavirus Totals

The infection rates of the coronavirus have continued to rise around the world. With a weekly global increase of 1,447,800 confirmed cases, brings the total of confirmed cases worldwide to 12,767,900, with 565,650 deaths, an increase of 34,750.

Infections rates in the United States are also on the rise. For the week ending July 12, 2020 the total confirmed cases rose to 3,294,828 with new confirmed cases rising sharply totaling 399,028. The coronavirus has claimed 134,807 total deaths, a weekly increase for 5,007 deaths. (Data from The New York Times).

Governors Express Concern Over School Openings

President Trump is leading the charge, which many believe, is acting irresponsibly in pressuring governors to reopen schools as soon as possible, even in states where the Coronavirus has forced a curtailment of reopening strategies.

Justice Watch: A Failed System The Victim X Story (Part I)

"Trump, a Republican, acknowledged that there were rising coronavirus infections in some states, but said that the mortality rate had dropped sharply, adding that young people who contract the virus "do extraordinarily well," Reuters reported.

With a number of the nation's largest school districts, including New York City and Los Angeles Unified School Districts, already announcing plans for the coming school year, the probability that students will return to class rooms as usual in the fall of 2020 is unrealistic.

"About four months after 1.1 million New York City children were forced into online learning, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced on Wednesday that public schools would still not fully reopen in September, saying that classroom attendance would instead be limited to only one to three days a week in an effort to continue to curb the coronavirus outbreak," The New York Times reported.

In a poll taken on Friday, 83% of UTLA members said LAUSD should not physically reopen schools on Aug. 18. "It is hitting us hard to think we may not be back with our students in the fall," UTLA President Cecily Myart-Cruz said. "And we know this is hard on our students and their parents, so many of whom have stepped up as our partners in teaching while struggling with the economic fallout of this crisis. But safety must come first, along with a commitment to focus on strengthening distance learning, " reported.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is pushing to reopen schools in the fall against the advice of some of the nation's top health officials stating in CNN, "We spent months saying that there were certain things that were essential -- that included fast food restaurants, it included Walmart, it included Home Depot. If fast food and Walmart and Home Depot -- and look, I do all that, so I'm not looking down on it -- but if all that is essential, then educating our kids is absolutely essential."

President Trump said Tuesday at the White House that his administration would "very much put pressure" on governors to reopen their states' schools in the fall amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Jeffrey Epstein Madam Ghislaine Maxwell

Jail isn't kind to socialite and alleged Jeffrey Epstein Madam Ghislaine Maxwell, who has reportedly been moved multiple times as she awaits her court date.

"Ghislaine Maxwell is being moved from "cell to cell" in her Brooklyn lockup — over fears someone will try to kill the accused Jeffrey Epstein madam before she stands trial, according to a report. The Post already revealed how the 58-year-old British socialite was forced to wear paper clothes and sleep on a bare mattress so she couldn't hang herself with clothes or bed sheets like Epstein. Now insiders have told the Mail on Sunday that prison officials are so "terrified someone will try to kill her" that they are constantly moving her around inside the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn," The New York Post reported.

The alleged madam who had been named as one of the procurers of underage girls for an international trafficking scandal that has implicated many well-known power players including HRH Prince Andrew Duke of York, who has categorically denied any involvement. Maxwell was a guest at the weeding of former Chelsea Clinton, the daughter of former President Bill Clinton, who was allegedly also know to frequent Epstein's Little St. James Island.

President Trump and his wife Melania were also photographed with Epstein who owned a home in palm Beach and frequented Mar-a-Lago, the President's Florida home.

His alleged involvement is only the tip of the iceberg in what is expected to be an explosive reckoning for many of Epstein's powerful, affluent, and wealthy clients who were seen often in the company of Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein.

Election: Professor Prognosticator Predicts Trump Victory

Professor Helmut Norpoth, a political science professor at Stony Brook State University, who has predicted the winner's in the last 25 of 27 elections has come out again with shocking prediction: President Donald Trump will win a second term.

"Norpoth, who correctly predicted Trump's 2016 upset victory—says Trump has a 91 percent chance of winning reelection in 2020, according to his "Primary Model," which he claims has correctly called five of the six elections since 1996. The Primary Model gives President Trump a 91% chance of winning a possible match-up with Democrat Joe Biden in November, based on primary performance in New Hampshire and South Carolina, plus the first-term electoral benefit. Trump would get 362 electoral votes, Biden 176," SecondNexus reported.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi Speaks with Telemundo’s Julio Vaqueiro (Transcripts)

Trump has a single factor not included on Professor Norpth's Primary Model and that he represents the anti-establishment.

Even as he holds enormous wealth, which should be a hint that he is smoke and mirrors, a fabrication built by his political machine to secure, by hostile takeover the boardroom, the highest office of the United States, he still resonates with the 99% who are often squeezed by the establishment into choices, or the proverbial lesser of two evils and have no real choice.

Trump to the 99% represents how many Americans feel, he is repeatedly targeted, and oddly to the American people is the little guy who has no choice but to take the garbage dished out by the mainstream.

Trump isn't using the pixie dust gloss or fearmongering in this election. You won't hear him utter "Nasty" during any of the debates as that is a word, an interjection to get the American people to rethink an opinion, and moreover to alienate any person who at one time felt they were forced into submission or emasculated by a female.

Nor will he hold up the magic mirror and with authority explain this person will bring greater difficulties upon you or as in the 1991 Walt Disney Pictures film, Beauty and The Beast, exclaim as Gaston did as he incited the villagers to riot, "the beast will eat your children."

This election Trump is using a comaraderie, a linking of arms together as we fight, a connection with those who feel repeatedly persecuted by the system, and the recent events that have swept across America feed into this belief.
