Facebook LIVE Torture Kidnappers Caught; Charges Include Hate Crimes

Two women and two men all hailing from Chicago's inner city's crime filled neighborhoods were charged with the kidnap and torture, which they broadcast on Facebook Live, of a mentally challenged white male adult.

The four, all of whom appeared in the 30miute video, shows the 18-year-old male huddling in the corner, with a dog leash on his throat, subjected to vicious torture, physical abuse, beatings, an attempt to scalp him leaving a bald patch.

Those holding him hostage at that point could be heard laughing and a woman asking "Why you do that? Followed by a man saying "There's no blood on the blade."

UPDATE: Chicago’s Bloody Christmas Weekend Thankfully Ends; 2016 Expected to Be Third Highest

Throughout the video the four could be heard shouting "Fuck white people," "Fuck Trump" "Yo this man represents Trump."

"The actions in that video are reprehensible.  That along with racism have absolutely no place in the city of Chicago or anywhere else for that matter, said Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson

They've been charged with a hate crime, felony aggravated kidnapping, aggravated unlawful restraint, and aggravated battery.

Facebook has refused comment as to why the video that contains reprehensible, graphic, and brutal violence and racism was not removed sooner.

The victim was later released and found by police. He has been treated for his injuries and exposure.

This is a developing story.
