Biden-Harris Posed for Historic Change

President-elect Joe Biden, and his running mate Vice-President-elect Kamala Harris, each poised to make history, will be sworn in Wednesday, January 20, at 12:00noon, EST.

Biden, who won the electoral and popular vote, did so on his third attempt at securing the nomination and is the oldest candidate at 78, to be elected becoming the 46th President of the United States. Harris, the former democratic senator from California, is the first female and first woman of color, to be elected to the second highest office in the nation becoming the 49th Vice-President of the United States.

Biden Lays out his Economic Recovery Plan

President Elect Joe Biden presented his economic plan this week, a 1.9Trillion dollar wide-reaching economic plan geared toward fast tracking the control of the coronavirus, and alleviating the human suffering through additional direct stimulus, unemployment boosts, and a moratorium on evictions.

"Called the "American Rescue Plan," the legislative proposal would meet Biden's goal of administering 100 million vaccines by the 100th day of his administration and advance his objective of reopening most schools by the spring. On a parallel track, it delivers another round of aid to stabilize the economy while the public health effort seeks the upper hand on the pandemic," The APnews.com reported.

While all experts agree herd immunity, controlling the virus, which essentially equates to a vaccination rate of at minimum 85% of the densest urban populations, is the single highest priority to regaining the strength of the economy and subsequently lost revenues.

To achieve this goal, and for the economy to reach 75% and greater recovery it will be well into 2021 and likely fourth quarter 2021 before the United States reaches a safety threshold.

Capitol Siege

Images throughout the siege of Trump supporters who exhibited blatant determination to subvert the constitutional and electoral process, take hostages, and kill anyone who came between themselves and their purpose have continued to fill the pages of media around the world.

The most visible of the day, twenty of those who were determined to exercise an interpretation of freedom that did not exist, have been arrested and are facing a litany of federal crimes.

In the ten days following the Capitol Siege, more than 100 arrests have been made and 200 case files have been opened by the FBI.

"Michael Sherwin, US Attorney for the District of Columbia, said officials are looking at "significant felony cases" tied to sedition and conspiracy," according to the BBC.com.

Trump Impeachment

President Donald J. Trump was impeached for the second time this week when the House of Representatives voted, 232 to 197, on a single article of impeachment, for his part in the Capitol Siege, January 6, 2021.

"One week ago, on Jan. 6, there was an act of insurrection perpetrated on the Capitol of the United States, incentivized by the president of the United States," she said. "One week later, Wednesday to Wednesday, that president was impeached in a bipartisan way by the House of Representatives — so urgent was the matter. They are now working on taking this to trial," reported The New York Times.

With the House vote secure, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, who controls the process, has not provided information as to when the Impeachment Article will be forwarded to the Senate for trial.

"The symbolism is 'look, we want to make clear that nobody is above the law,'" explains Sheri Berman, a political scientist at Barnard College, which is affiliated to Columbia University in New York. "The president incited sedition, incited violence and so it's important for democracy with the rule of law to hold him accountable," reported dw.com.

With Democrats wining the recent run-off election in Georgia, the impeachment process will not move to the senate until after the two senators are sworn in. The ratification has yet to be completed.

After the inauguration of Biden-Harris administration, and the swearing in of the two democratic senators from Georgia, the trial of the then former president of the United States, will likely begin.

While two terms are permitted under the constitution, they do not need to be consecutive and therefore, a conviction in the senate is necessary to stop any further possibility of President Trump from holding a second term.

Coronavirus Totals

The infection rates of the coronavirus have alarmingly increased around the world. The weekly account confirms that a second wave is building with European nations enforcing shutdowns for, at minimum, one month.

A new strain, a mutation, has created global concern leaders around the world are determining the best direction for the protection of the population. The importance of maintaining personal protective practices is imperative to controlling the spread.

For the week ending January 17, 2021, coronavirus cases globally increased by 5,075,000 confirmed cases, bringing the total of confirmed cases worldwide to 94,749,000 people with a total worldwide death toll of 2,025,500 deaths, an increase of 99,700 over the past week.

Infections rates in the United States are also on the rise. For the week ending January 17, 2021, the total confirmed cases rose to 23,877,400 people with new confirmed cases increasing by 1,635,100 this week alone with an average of 233,585 cases daily. The coronavirus has claimed 396,500 total deaths, a weekly increase of 23,900 deaths. (Data from The New York Times).

United States State Department COVID Report Released

One year into the global Coronavirus pandemic The United States State Department has released a report charging Communist China of systemically engaging in a campaign to subvert a transparent and thorough investigation into the deadly virus' origins and initial emission.

Currently, the facts surrounding the origins and initial transmission made public and disseminated to all governments and global authorities had produced a consensus which pinpoint an initial warning originating from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) on or about December 2019.

"The U.S. government has reason to believe that several researchers inside the WIV became sick in autumn 2019, before the first identified case of the outbreak, with symptoms consistent with both COVID-19 and common seasonal illnesses. This raises questions about the credibility of WIV senior researcher Shi Zhengli's public claim that there was "zero infection" among the WIV's staff and students of SARS-CoV-2 or SARS-related viruses," reported eturbonews.com.

Bioweapon Development

Chinese President Xi Jinping's desire of global supremacy has drawn red flags across all leaders of the G7 nations with his only ally in global supremacy, suspended nation Russia, and leader Russian President Vladimir Putin.

A recent Wall Street Journal Opinion piece from outgoing Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe clearly presented the informed and knowledgeable belief gathered from Intelligence and sensitive information available that the threat from China is present, current, and multi-tiered.

"The intelligence is clear: Beijing intends to dominate the U.S. and the rest of the planet economically, militarily and technologically," Ratcliffe wrote. "[T]he People's Republic of China poses the greatest threat to America today, and the greatest threat to democracy and freedom world-wide since World War II," he added. Ratcliffe wrote that China was seeking to spy on U.S. and other companies to strengthen its economy, an effort to "rob, replicate and replace" U.S. businesses. He faulted Beijing for stealing intellectual property, replicating the product or service and then selling it as a competitor on the global marketplace," reported TheHill.com.

Weakening nations outside the 10/40 longitude latitude line with a pandemic, a Bioweapon, that forces global leaders to suspend intelligence and other sectorial advancements with a diversion that would cause weakened infrastructures, cripple the economies of the world, drain global medical communities and substructures, possibly cause the deaths of heads of state leading to instability and insurrection, mass casualty, death, would be of great importance to a regime intent of global supremacy.

Coronavirus Lead Time

"The U.S. government does not know exactly where, when, or how the COVID-19 virus—known as SARS-CoV-2—was transmitted initially to humans. We have not determined whether the outbreak began through contact with infected animals or was the result of an accident at a laboratory in Wuhan, China," reported the US State Department.

The Chinese initially reported isolated cases of a SARS related virus in December 2019. Recent intelligence has pinpointed the possibility of an earlier date, closer to August 2019 and if global disease protocol investigation were assessed and implemented possibly closer to June 2019.

Infectious disease protocols call for the outbreak to be reported to a global governing agency, such as The World Health Organization. The first known report to the first directive to the WHO came at the end of 2019 in the form of a simple communique, stating, "At the close of 2019, the WHO China Country Office was informed of a pneumonia of unknown cause, detected in the city of Wuhan in Hubei province, China. According to the authorities, some patients were operating dealers or vendors in the Huanan Seafood market."

The six-month lead time, which most governments believe passed from the first known and controlled case, in Wuhan, China to the acknowledgement sent to the WHO, which initiated the infectious disease protocols to determine the likelihood of controlled event, created the global catastrophic pandemic the world is facing currently.

Natural or Planned

"The virus could have emerged naturally from human contact with infected animals, spreading in a pattern consistent with a natural epidemic. Alternatively, a laboratory accident could resemble a natural outbreak if the initial exposure included only a few individuals and was compounded by asymptomatic infection. Scientists in China have researched animal-derived coronaviruses under conditions that increased the risk for accidental and potentially unwitting exposure," reported the US State Department.

The People's Republic of China has maintained a level of secrecy, which has included the release of any unfiltered and unrestricted information. The Wuhan Viral Institute has also been known to have experimented on other types of highly contagious viral infections or modification of the SARS coronavirus.

Failure to Disclose

The World Health Organization has noted the WIV has upheld a noticeable suppression on information that resulted in the failure to disclose origins, experiments, modification, lab development, and the sequence which allows a global study of the coronavirus.

"WHO investigators must have access to the records of the WIV's work on bat and other coronaviruses before the COVID-19 outbreak. As part of a thorough inquiry, they must have a full accounting of why the WIV altered and then removed online records of its work with RaTG13 and other viruses. The WIV has a published record of conducting "gain-of-function" research to engineer chimeric viruses," reported US State Department.

The China Disease

Without participation from the Chinese government, the world is left to its own resources in determine and understand the exactness of the origins of the coronavirus and assess through evidence, documentation, security and intelligence if the release, and failure to disclose, was a grave misunderstanding or a planned bioweapon attack geared to further the determined global supremacy of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
