President Trump has continued to order his Defense Department to dismantle the Iranian infrastructure, ordering the pro-terror regime to unconditional surrender, urging citizens to rise up and take your government, as the first American casualties return home.

The President's job approval rating, according to the CNN featured in The New York Times for the period ending March 7, 2026, of those polled who approve of his effectiveness as President decreased by two percentage point to 36% and those who disapprove of his effectiveness as president increased by two percentage point to 63%. A slight 3% of the population polled have no opinion. Ratings are calculated weekly.

Iranian War Produces First Fatalities

The first American soldiers killed in the Iranian war returned to Dover Airforce base after paying the ultimate sacrifice for their nation.

Chief Warrant Officer 3 Robert Marzan, Maj. Jeffrey O'Brien, Sgt. Declan J. Coady, Sgt. 1st Class Nicole M. Amor, Capt. Cody A. Khork, and Sgt. 1st Class Noah L. Tietjens were killed in the attack, when a drone strike hit their command center.

President Trump, who was on hand as the flag draped coffins arrived saluted the soldiers, honored their sacrifice calling them "heroes." Unfortunately, the Commander-in-Chief did not honor them enough to remove his white baseball cap as the soldier's caskets were removed from transport.

U.S. Israel Continue to Pummel Iran

After the dignified transfer, the President explained the next phase of the war on Iran, and that unless there is an unconditional surrender, the pro-terror nation would be annihilated.

"Trump said in a Truth Social post on Saturday that "Today Iran will be hit very hard! Under serious consideration for complete destruction and certain death, because of Iran's bad behavior, are areas and groups of people that were not considered for targeting up until this moment in time," Trump said in the post, without giving further details," reported The Washington Post.

Iranian School Hit by Airstrikes, 160 Children Dead

"No stupid rules of engagement, no nation building quagmire, no democracy building exercise, no politically correct wars. We fight to win, and we don't waste time or lives,"[Secretary of the Defense Pete] Hegseth said during a press conference at the Pentagon," NJ Politics reported.

The Rules of Engagement, a wartime code of conduct, essentially outline specific directives authorized by military command defining the circumstances, conditions, degrees, and targets that can be applied during times of combat. The rules further outline weapon usage, target restrictions, and civilian treatment. In modern warfare, adherence to the Rules of Engagement are rarely if ever followed.

Non-combatant citizens are more often than not the target of the enemies wrath. This was never more evident than the recent destruction of Gaza and more recently the murder of 160 children in a U.S. bombing strike on a girl's school.

"At least 175 people, many of them children, were killed in the attack Saturday on the Shajareh Tayyebeh elementary school for girls in Minab, Iranian authorities said. On Tuesday, mourners wept, held hands over hearts, prayed, threw hands up in anguish, raised fists. Some clutched printed-out photos of young children; some threw petals," reported The Washington Post.

While authorities have said the bombing of the school was accidental, the dissemination of information continues to attempt to address a people who have a blind loyalty to their leaders as they hope the global population is unable to see past the assessment to understand the truth.

The airstrike on the school, which authorities content were U.S. munitions, were intentional to psychologically derail the survivors rendering them incapacitated to resist. As we have seen this in the Gaza Strip, it might subdue a people, but only for season before the regain their strength and determination to find a way to exact revenge.

Russia Aids Iran with Intel

As Iran's military retaliatory airstrikes continue to target U.S. warships and navel assets with precision, U.S. officials believe that Russian President Vladimir Putin is providing the pro-terror nation with intelligence.

"The officials, who were not authorized to comment publicly on the sensitive matter and spoke on the condition of anonymity, cautioned that the U.S. intelligence has not uncovered that Russia is directing Iran on what to do with the information as the U.S. and Israel continue their bombardment and Iran fires retaliatory salvos at American assets and allies in the Persian Gulf," APNews.com reported.

Russia continues to be one of the few global powers to maintain an amicable relationship with Tehran. Moscow has called for the U.S. and Israel to stop this unprovoked aggression. Chinese President Xi-Jinping has called for the military actions to immediately cease.

While to motivations are different, the joint effort by U.S. and Israeli forces, to subdue and dismantle the nuclear capabilities and usher in an Iranian regime change, have united the two nations. The Iranian human rights abuses were reaching a fevered pitch, again, with scores of citizens slaughter in the streets. The determined effort to slaughter Israeli has always been Iran's goal.

Iran's Nuclear Meltdown

As the Iranian government refused to negotiate further on nuclear capabilities, the only alternative appeared to be to destroy its leadership, military capabilities, and nuclear manufacturing facilities. This is not the first time; Israel has been forced to destroy Iran's nuclear program.

Since 2010, more than a dozen Iranian nuclear scientists have been assassinated, most of which were linked to Mossad, the elite Israeli espionage agency. Other attempts to destroy Iran's nuclear program included a computer virus Stuxnet, a malicious computer virus developed by the U.S. and Israel and aptly named Operation Olympic Games.

"Stuxnet targets supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems and is believed to be responsible for causing substantial damage to the Iran nuclear program after it was first installed on a computer at the Natanz Nuclear Facility in 2009. Although neither the United States nor Israel has openly admitted responsibility, multiple independent news organizations claim Stuxnet to be a cyberweapon built jointly by the two countries in a collaborative effort known as Operation Olympic Games. The program, started during the Bush administration, was rapidly expanded within the first months of Barack Obama's presidency," Wikipedia reported.

Neither the United States nor Israel will allow Iran to ever posses nuclear capabilities.

War Trickledown

The Iranian War will produce an unlikely casualty for Americans: higher gasoline prices.

"According to AAA, the national average for a gallon of regular gasoline increased nearly 27 cents in just one week, landing at $3.25 on Thursday. It then climbed to $3.32 by Friday afternoon. If that pace keeps up, we may soon see U.S. prices at the pump jump to $4 a gallon for regular gasoline. It's already over $4 for premium," The Washington Post reported.

The simple answer for the spike in gasoline prices are a disruption in the supply chain, two little words that many have added to their vernacular since Covid-19 arrived on the scene, and the supply chain for nearly every product in the world became disrupted. This glitch in the supply chain system was followed by a disruption in the global supply chain due to tariffs, now the disruption in the supply chain of the world's oil supply is war.

For the commuter, sticker shock may be approaching faster than expected with smaller cities hitting a $4 per gallon price tag, and larger cities may see prices rise as high as $6 a gallon for regular gasoline, and higher for premium.

Even as it is March, should the war continue for any length of time the 4.80 million households in the Northeast that use home heating oil will need to fill the tank sooner rather than later.

With summer approaching, and the traditional season for Americans to take to the highways, if gasoline prices don't fall, the midterm elections will see a sweep of democrats, as kitchen table economics more often than not rule the vote.

Kristi Neom Out as DHS, Successor Named

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Neom has been removed from her position and replaced by Oklahoma Senator Markwayne Mullin.

Neom, who made misleading and false statements after the murders of Renee Goode, 37, a mother of three, and Alex Pretti, 37, and ICU nurse during the Minneapolis ICE raids. The statements immediately issued redirecting blame for the murder of two U.S. citizens from the ICE agents, and the assessment that Pretti was brandishing a weapon, grossly tarnished her reputation.

Senator Richard Blumenthal, Democrat of Connecticut, said he would press for the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations to pursue a perjury investigation [. . .] "Her firing doesn't absolve her or relieve her of potential liability for perjury, and we are going to pursue an investigation of the evidence that she lied because it relates to corruption in the administration," The New York Times reported.

More than blind loyalty to President Trump, she allowed herself to be lambasted and her reputation destroyed while turning her back on the citizen. As each member of the cabinet serves at the pleasure of the President, Neom had no backbone or ability to challenge directives when it came to dealing with insubordinates within the DHS purview.

Neom, to the common man, appeared to make a show at each opportunity, which begs the question were the murders in Minneapolis part of her public relations campaign to elevate herself to the national spotlight by instructing Immigration and Customs Enforcement Commander-at-Large Gregory Bovino, the leader of the Minneapolis ICE Mission Operation Metro Surge, to use force in the area?

Her rash, and libelous assessment of the events leading to Alex Pretti's murder, caused even her colleagues in the Republic led senate to doubt she had the skills to manage the office. Earning the nickname ICE Barbie, not so much for her appearance as for her lack of empathy, care, or concern for the citizen.

Placing the ICE agents responsible for the murders of Renee Goode and Alex Pretti, who let's not forget was shot 10 times while on ground while in a fetal position, on administrative leave would have gone a long way to prove she had some control over the escalating situation.

It was only a matter time, after the Alex Pretti murder, that she would be terminated.

While the president has been known to create a turnstile type cabinet, there has been no indication that any of the other appointed members are on their way out. And while Neom has been removed as DHS secretary, she is not leaving the White House in disgrace.

Trump has appointed her to "a new role as "Special Envoy for The Shield of the Americas," which he described as part of a new Western Hemisphere security initiative that will be unveiled at an event in Florida on Saturday," reported The Washington Post.

At the order of the President of the United States, the U.S. no longer recognizes the value of The World Health Organization. The CDC has recommended every person from age six months, including senior citizens should receive at least one shot of an updated COVID-19 vaccine, annually.  The death toll from Covid-19 has dramatically decreased, as has transmission of the virus. Even as confirmed new cases continue each week, fewer are dying from each new variants.

For the 7 days ending February 28, 2026, the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases reported by the World Health Organization increased by 17,057 to 779,142,314. The total worldwide death toll increased by 388 to 7,111,892s deaths. The United States has stopped providing Covid data to the World Health Organization. King Charles III Initiates Transfer of Power

Multiple media reports that King Charles III, 77, the reigning British Monarch, is expected to initiate the transfer of leadership to his heir William, Prince of Wales, 43 within the next year.

The ailing ruler was crowned King in 2023, after the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, and was the oldest Monarch ever crowned. Even as he was groomed his entire life for the role, his health and the pressures, including the revelations of his brother's, the former Duke of York, arrest and actions have exacerbated his condition.

King Charles III was diagnosed with an undisclosed cancer in 2024, and has continued to limitedly manage his duties, with William stepping into a more expanded role, assuming what many describe as the king already.

"A palace insider also claimed that the king wants to control the narrative, explaining, "Charles will not be seen as pushed. He has waited a lifetime for this role. When he steps back, it will be entirely on his terms," Y!Entertainment reported.

Even as his mother served as reigning monarch until her death, the daily duties were also distributed to members of the royal family.

While many royal watchers are whispering the change has already begun, if it is considered an abdication, and if history would record King Charles III as abdicating his title and crown, it is doubtful the ruler would follow through in its exactness.

Colin Grey Found Guilty

Colin Grey, the father of Georgia school shooter Colt Grey, has been found guilty of 29 counts including two counts of manslaughter, in a landmarked prosecution in the United States that holds the parents accountable for the criminal actions of their child. He faces 180 years in prison.

The jury deliberated less than 24 hours before they returned a unanimous guilty verdict.

"Prosecutors argued that Gray should be held responsible for failing to secure the weapon he purchased and ignoring clear red flags about his son's deteriorating mental health amid a turbulent home life. "He was the one person who could have connected all the dots that pointed exactly at what Colt was going to do," Barrow County Assistant District Attorney Patricia Brooks said in closing arguments Monday. "And he was the one person who could have simply taken the rifle away, and he never did," The Washington Post reported.

Colt Grey, 14, walked into his Georgia High School, in September 2024, and opened fire killing four, two students and two teachers, and injuring nine others.

It is the second successful trial where the parents of a school shooter have been held criminal libel for the crimes committed by their children and the first where the parent was tried for involuntary manslaughter. As in each case, the parents purchased the weapon and failed to recognize the warning signs. Mr. Grey failed to lock the weapons.

With victories in Michigan, a liberal leaning state, and Georgia, a conservative leaning state, the message juries are sending is clear: parents and caregivers must assume greater responsibility if purchasing weapons for their children or face the consequences.
