Divided into AFC and NFC, each league has 16 teams, and for each team, the local cuisine's most delectable dishes, from finger foods to appetizing gastronomy greats. Each team has two recipes, an appetizer to kick off the game, and keep fans eager throughout the first half and for the second half, the appetizing entrée, a little more hearty and a lot more filling.
Special Teams are an important part of each NFL franchise, and in Kickoff Kitchen they are as well. AFC South includes Houston Texans featuring "Beef Birria Tacos." Indianapolis Colts dish up the "Fried Pork Tenderloin Sandwich," an iconic dish in Colts hometown. In the Sunshine State, the Jacksonville Jaguars serve an appetizer of "Mini Salmon Croquettes with Remoulade Sauce," and you can count on the Tennessee Titans to bring the barbeque with mouthwatering "Tennessee Whiskey Pork Belly Burnt Ends." Yummy.
Heading north to the AFC East Buffalo Bills serve a hearty hometown favorite, "Buffalo Chicken Dip." The New England Patriots are represented with the winning "Lobster Rolls," and New York Jets a filling "Italian Sauage and Peppers Sandwich." Kansas City Chiefs, in a city home to some of the best barbeque in the USA serves up "Brunt Ends Sandwiches." Heading west, the Las Vegas Raiders, serve the favorite "Shrimp Cocktail Platter," and Los Angeles Chargers mix it up with the staple of corn and spice serving the Mexican American favorite "Elote Street Corn." Lopez continues his around the league culinary trip and the next stop is the NFC, beginning in the NFC North, with the Chicago Bears and he plays homage to the famous city favorite with "Mini Deep Dish Pizzas." For the Detroit Lions he presents the traditional midwestern favorite "Coney Dogs," and heading north to Green Bay Packers "Beer Braised Bratwursts," with or hold the sauerkraut and add the spicy brown mustard. Over to New Orleans the Saints are serving up the traditional "Mini friend Shrimp Po'Boy," and Tampa Bay Buccaneers are feeding fans "Blackened Fish Sandwiches." Tasty.
Heading to the NFC East the Dallas Cowboys fans will love the take on the hometown tradition with "Chicken-Fried Steak Bites with Gravy." Heading to New York Giants fans will love "Disco Fries." Heading east the Philadelphia Eagles, are serving a fabulous fusion in the "Cheesesteak Egg Rolls," combing that Philly Cheesesteak in an egg roll. The Washington Commanders representing the nation's capital are touted with "Half-Smoke Bites." Enticing.
